Hydration

Hello Lake Shore families,
As we are now over half way through our season, days are becoming hotter and hotter. Please have your girls drink a minimum of 2 full glasses of water before a game. Sugary drinks are NOT the answer. Lets keep plenty of water available to them and wet/cold rags are a great way to cool down as well. Good luck as the season comes to a close and head into playoffs and all-stars.
